Let’s make a 5 point action plan of how we can reduce anxiety about the situation. In this blog, we will cover the fifth point, Meditate Meditate Meditate!

Most importantly meditation is your life jacked through the storms. Meditation can also be a powerful tool in the moment for anxiety.

When anxiety comes up, you can stop what you’re doing and meditate. You’d be amazed at what it does to calm the nervous system and re-center you so that you can focus again. Just 20 minutes can transform your mood!

I truly believe that if you employ this five point plan of action, your anxiety will reduce to more manageable levels, if not dissolve away. And then you will feel more resilient, and better able to take dynamic action in dealing with the situation.

Finally using these tools can gradually bring you more to a place of acceptance…where in the peace of mind truly lies.
