I really can't recommend the webinar series enough.

The group coaching will be for 75 minutes per session via a group internet link with Ashok. There will be 12 sessions over 14 or so weeks.
The webinars series run 3 or 4 times a year.
In this case, if the series has started and is only 2 sessions in you will join that series and receive the 2 missed recordings to catch up.
If you join after that, you can choose to participate in the next series instead. In the meantime, you have all of the extensive videos, audios and meditations in your Members' Area to access as well as the opportunity to book sessions with one of our Gupta Program practitioners.
That is perfectly fine to do so or to buy when a series has just begun.
As of July 2019, you need to upgrade to Gupta Program v5.0 to take part in the webinar series. A free webinar series is included in the upgrade.

Yes, the replay will be uploaded into the 'Webinar' tab available in the Members Area 48 hours of the live event (usually much sooner).
We wanted to make it as easy for you as possible so you can attend on your PC, MAC and most mobile devices.
Absolutely, that is one of the key features of the webinar series. You are encouraged to ask your health and Retraining via text within the session.
You can see Ashok but he can't see you. This means you can turn up in your PJs with a cup of herbal tea if you like!
No problem. Please send your question to email@example.com at least 24 hours before the live webinar and we will organise for Ashok to answer it on camera for you.
If you are joining us via PC there is no extra software needed. When viewing from a mobile device you will need to download the free Zoom app. It is simple to do and only takes a few moments. See? We told you it was easy.
Please have a notebook and pen handy to jot down some light notes. But as this isn't a lecture, you aren't expected to take copious notes throughout. Instead, we want you to relax, pace and enjoy the experience!
Plus as the replay is available to check anything, and indeed, it’s a good idea to listen again because you get different things out of the webinars 2nd time through
Most weeks you will be assigned a bit of Funwork to complete before the next session, such as watching a video or completing an exercise. But don't worry, they are small and manageable tasks. And if you really can't complete it, that is okay as well.
