The Magic Pill?

Yes indeed everyone I do believe I have found the secret of the magic pill so many look for when they have a chronic condition like CFS/MCS/EHS/ etc.

Here is my thinking:
It takes many years of practice and training for a person to learn how to do magic tricks well enough to earn a living from it (real life ‘magic’ in this case.)
Harry Potter and his friends and enemies also took many years to hone their skills and learn to control them (Spoiler alert, Harry Potter is not real!)

So why do people use the term ‘magic pill’ to mean an instant cure?

My magic pill which cured me took a fair amount of time. Which wasn’t actually a very long time, considering it took approximately 50 years for my illness to develop into the disabling condition which forced me to stop work aged 53. I had 10 years of ‘learning to live with it’ and then just over a year doing Gupta techniques to be rid of post exertional malaise, and then recovered from the other conditions without really trying to (but continuing to Gupta a bit each day) over the next months. Finally realizing that it was all gone some time before my 67th birthday.

So my magic pill skills took me from January 2010 to some time in 2014. A lot less time than my full time academic education. It was pretty quick when compared with how long it took me to become so ill.

No actual pills involved just the magic of amygdala-insula retraining. Or AIR.
Magic AIR sounds good to me, breathe it in and out and enjoy it.
Relax and allow it to work.

Having been forced to stop working aged 53 due to CFS, I was later diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as well. (With the added challenges of hypersensitivity to chemicals, smells, various foodstuffs, bright light, noise, etc.)

10 years later I found the Gupta Program and started my recovery. Wanting to pay back some small part of what I owe the Gupta Program I later volunteered to be a moderator in the Facebook Gupta Forum.
