Program. Persistence. Passion and Purpose.

I approached the Gupta Program originally in the hope that it would relieve some of my CFS symptoms.

Having watched the first couple of sessions I decided this was for me the answer to becoming able to lead a ‘normal’ life one day.

So I persisted through the ups and downs of retraining my amygdala/insula and the CFS went. I still had other conditions like MCS, Fibromyalgia, and various hyper-sensitivities. Not even thinking they would go too, I persisted with the techniques mainly because I didn’t want to slide back into CFS again.

A few years later all of those conditions had gone.

For reasons which may well be obvious after reading that introduction to this blog, I became passionate about the whole programme.

I joined the official program Facebook forum as I wanted to help others follow me to full health if I possibly could.

At this point in my life this felt like my life’s purpose (retired and living on a pension, so I have the time!)

Then I started writing short articles as posts in the forum, these just seemed to come into my head, usually triggered by something I saw, heard or read. In my sleep or in the shower or on a walk out in lovely countryside. People seemed to appreciate them.

So began my musings.

In January 2018 I became a moderator in the forum. By this stage I was also passionate about the forum and the wonderful, supportive, positive people in it. As a moderator I felt I could help keep it as safe as possible, to prevent triggering people into dips and further illnesses. So I did that until I had to take a short break from moderating due to an eye condition.

But I was thrilled to be able to return as a moderator again recently. My passion for keeping the forum a truly healing and positive place has never dimmed.

So for me the Program, along with my ongoing Persistence, generated a result which created a Passion for all the Gupta Program, and enabled me to start to fulfil my life’s Purpose.

I am so grateful.

Having been forced to stop working aged 53 due to CFS, I was later diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as well. (With the added challenges of hypersensitivity to chemicals, smells, various foodstuffs, bright light, noise, etc.)

10 years later I found the Gupta Program and started my recovery. Wanting to pay back some small part of what I owe the Gupta Program I later volunteered to be a moderator in the Facebook Gupta Forum.
