Hope you had a wonderful relaxing holiday season, and are ready for our “2020 Vision” – Living a Healthy and Happy Life in 2020! I hope that 2020 is the year that you recommit to health by recommitting to the Gupta Program for Health and Happiness – so many more before you have done it, and so can you!

To inspire you, please watch our 2020 Vision video here.

I am tired of coming second.

I am sick of not prioritising what I need.

This is the year I take a stand and realise that taking care of myself isn’t selfish.

My meditation matters.

My diet matters.

My sleep routine matters.

My rest matters.

No matter what has been said to me.

And no matter how I have been treated.

No matter what I have been told.

I matter

My health matters.

My happiness matters.

Where I can, I will:

Look after myself.

Speak kindly to myself.

Support myself in whichever ways I need.

I honour where I am.

I ask for help when I need it.

I allow others to be there for me.

The investment in my health will be the best decision I’ve ever made.

I am deserving.

I am worthy.

I can do this.
