From Nightmares To Dreams To Total Reality

Ever since I can remember I had nightmares every night, until the past few years. I thought that was normal, and learnt to deal with them as a young child (around 9 or 10 years old, I think.) On waking from the usual nightmare I would rewrite the ending in my mind and settle back to sleep again. E.g. instead of falling over the cliff edge I would find a special hidden path round to safety.

I realise now I was instinctively using positive visualisations, to help me sleep.

My nightmares were all similar to each other and based on escaping from a possible repeat of real childhood events. They occurred once or twice a night, until I was in my 60’s

As I started my recovery from the amygdala loop conditions in 2010 onwards, using Ashok’s techniques to clear my CFS etc, these nightmares began to change into strange but not unpleasant dreams.

I now had 2 pleasant “realities”. My virtual, dream one, which was full of fun, but somewhat quirky, and my living real one which was improving in an uppy and dippy sort of way. This continued for a few years.

Relatively recently I realised that I couldn't remember my last dream, although often on waking I knew I had just been dreaming. I was waking up just feeling so grateful for my life and my health.

My happy dreams had become reality, but without the quirkiness of my virtual sleep time existence.

My positive visualisations during my last few years’ sleep have become true. Not in the specific details but in the awe, wonder and happiness that fills my life now, post Gupta.

Having been forced to stop working aged 53 due to CFS, I was later diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as well. (With the added challenges of hypersensitivity to chemicals, smells, various foodstuffs, bright light, noise, etc.)

10 years later I found the Gupta Program and started my recovery. Wanting to pay back some small part of what I owe the Gupta Program I later volunteered to be a moderator in the Facebook Gupta Forum.
