Seasons Greetings To All From The Gupta Program Facebook Forum Volunteers

Whatever season you may be celebrating over the mid winter or mid summer weeks, We would like to wish you all a very happy and gentle time. With fun on your agenda, and without stress.

I believe in our forum we have many people of differing faiths and denominations, including those of no religion, like myself.

So let’s all celebrate together as the year turns after the solstice.

We can celebrate the fact that many of our members will be having:

lovely special family times,

decorations and lights to brighten up dark days,

barbecues and beach parties to make the most of the mid summer weather,

quiet contemplative moments for their own reasons,

and most of all:

our wonderful inclusive community in the forum, where no one questions who we are or what we believe.

So over this season, especially, do your best and leave the rest.

No family or friends would wish us to push ourselves into dips, as dips often come even without any pushing, so why increase the chance of one?

Remember to ask for help, giving others the chance to give to you.

Remember to pace your self.

Remember to breathe slowly and gently as deeply as you find comfortable.

Remember to take breaks in your day.

And most of all;

Remember to have fun, smile, laugh and enjoy it all.

So Season’s greetings to you all,

With love from the Gupta Program Facebook Forum Volunteers

(Our Facebook healing community is a private and exclusive space for those who have purchased the complete Gupta Program.)

Having been forced to stop working aged 53 due to CFS, I was later diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as well. (With the added challenges of hypersensitivity to chemicals, smells, various foodstuffs, bright light, noise, etc.)

10 years later I found the Gupta Program and started my recovery. Wanting to pay back some small part of what I owe the Gupta Program I later volunteered to be a moderator in the Facebook Gupta Forum.
